		<description>Thank you Chelle for the kind feedback.  While it was a longer interview than I had anticipated and incorporating last second questions in with my personal interview questions was a challenge, I think there were some really great stories and wise words of wisdom.  My favorite part (besides the obvious: the men&#039;s style questions!) was the revelation that he is ambitious and has a big vision for success, but he essentially worked his way up, learning from experience, reading and mistakes.  This is very inspiring for rising start ups or entrepreneurs still in the dream stage.</description>
