		<description>It is a hard time for small biz...but the upside is that small businesses can be more flexible and adapt to change more readily. We have to go back to the days of bootstrapping...we CAN make it work! Look for ways to reduce your overhead, like using virtual assistants instead of hiring a full time employee. Use the money you do have in the most efficient way possible...pinch that penny until it hurts!</description>
