Dear Sir/Madam,
I need a simple business plan for my Nigerian Times International news website http://www.nigeriantimesinternational.com.

It will become a limited liability company with 100, 000 shares and has only two partners sharing 100% next month.
I have the majority shares of 70% and my partner has the remaining 30%.

Nigerian Times International has 6 sub-domains and 20 blogs.

I intend to make profit by the following ways:

1. Annual Registration Fees for the membership of Nigerian Times International Forum at $5 per member.

2. Annual Nigerian Times International Public Lecture open to ticket holders and ticket at $10 per seat for an estimated 1, 000 seats.

3. Publication of the Annual Nigerian Times International Digest to be sold for $5 per copy.

4. Hosting of the Annual Gateway To Success Startups Contest for the best 50 startups in Nigeria with the participation fee of $500 per participant.

Your response would be highly appreciated.
