I thoroughly enjoyed this, even though I am slightly outraged with Bank of America. May I suggest Washington Mutual if it's in your area? I've been with them since 1997. And couldn't be happier with their checking, savings and mortgage loan services. I've even had two mortgage loans with them. Tried for a third when I moved out of state, but they didn't offer them in the state I was moving to. I completely agree that customer service and customer rentention are key factors in mainting image, public relations, etc. My firm, Vertical Insight, specializes in researching and preparing both Strategic Business Plans and Integrated Marketing Plans.
